Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Nur eine Straße von der Hauptstraße entfernt, sodass man in wenigen Schritten mitten im Geschehen ist. Gleichzeitig ist es nachts wunderbar ruhig, da das Hotel nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil – man muss keinen Berg hochsteigen, was in dieser Gegend oft ein Thema sein kann. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt unglaublich bequem macht. Egal, ob man etwas essen gehen oder schnell einkaufen möchte, alles ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Hotel selbst bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Waschmaschine und den Trockner, die vor Ort verfügbar sind – perfekt für längere Aufenthalte! Die Zimmer sind optimal ausgestattet, inklusive einer kleinen Küche, die alles Nötige bietet, falls man sich selbst verpflegen möchte. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Winterreisende: Ich war im Winter dort, und der Boden im Zimmer war ziemlich kalt. Daher empfehle ich, Hausschuhe mitzubringen, um den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler zu gestalten. Alles in allem ein perfektes Hotel mit toller Lage, Ruhe und durchdachter Ausstattung.

Very characterful building, apparently it used to be part of the old palace. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is modern & clean. There are laundry facilities on Ground level, a roomy lounge area on Level 1, & a large dining area on the Level 2. The laundry was handy, & very welcomed as we'd been sailing for a week & then road-tripping for the last few days. Location is central so it was easy to get to anything within the Old Town. We would recommend having breakfast just outside the old town (Pile Gate), in Dubravka 1836 for good breakfast at lower prices.
The free car park was handy & very appreciated, but it is located too far away for us - there are four of us with a lot of luggage. We paid for Uber to & from the car park as it wasn't possible to walk the distance even if you only had a light rucksack/backpack. To be fair, this was already forewarned from the hotel, in detailed instructions provided to us before our arrival. If we were to do this trip again, we'd drop the hire car back & save us one day of car hire. Uber seems to be quite easy to call, & therefore convenient. This has nothing to do with the property, but we wish to add that food is more costly within the old town.

The property is well located. Despite the absence of transportation, you can easily walk to the gates on a flat surface. Likewise dining options are nearby. The front desk people are likewise very accommodating.

Right in the heart of old town. Very clean, everyone was informative and nice. They booked transportation for me and someone was waiting at the airport. Please be aware cars do not go to old town, so you need to carry your own luggage and bring them up the starts. I stayed at the 3rd floor so that easy not an easy task. Ac was cold and we had fridge and little kitchen in the room. My daughter slept on a sofa bed in the living room while me and husband slept in the room. I recommend it!

Superb location just off Stradum. Had top floor although 2 flights of stairs it was very quiet from street noise. Well organised accommodation. Loved the kitchenette. Great size room.

Veldig fornøyd med rommet. Stilen er klassisk, men tekniske løsninger er moderne. Rent og pent, fint bad, minikjøkken med det man trenger. Gode senger. Beliggenheten er midt i gamlebyen. Eneste minus er noe støy fra gaten utenfor, men det er prisen for prima beliggenhet :). Anbefaler for øvrig restaurantene Dubravka og Arsenal (samme eier).

Offsite parking if you have a car is a but far but you dont really need to drive around Dubrovnik so the free parking though far is very value for money as pay parking near the old town is very expensive. The room is very big and they offer free laundry and other amenities.

Location perfect, in Old Town, flat entry in centre of town. We had the ground floor room/apartment, with large bathroom and kitchenette facilities and 2 seater dining table. Host was very accommodating, we were early as off Ship. Held our bags and rang when we could get in early. Free laundry facilities you can use as well. Highly recommend staying here.

We were gone to Europe for a month and this was our favorite place we stayed. Room was beautiful and in a great location in Dubrovnik. Hotel Manager and staff were great - even arranged for a cab to the airport for us, as this was the end of our trip. Highly recommend!

The apartment was based in the old city and relatively large for the area which was great. Loved having the kitchenette. It was a great location, just steps from major sites. Check in was super easy and host very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a little gem! Great shower, towels and views! A short stroll to absolutely everything!
Everything was fabulous... Only gripe, bathroom door in apartment wouldn't lock but honestly not a big issue .

We loved our stay at SUNCe! The prop manager was very helpful and kind, there’s the most perfect little restaurant next door (Renaissance), it’s quiet and clean, and the location is perfect.

wonderful place to stay. The location cannot be beat. The service was friendly and helpful. The parking requires coordinating a shuttle. The paint in the room was peeling and the room door was challenging to lock and unlock. Besides those minor things, this place was perfect. Bonus Tip: avoid the restaurant 5 Above, it was the worst food I have had in the 14 countries I have visited outside the US. Also for those thinking of going onto Montenegro, the long lines at the border aren’t worth the visit, Croatia is much nicer.

Perfectly restored with all the comforts. Gorgeous rooms with old world style. Since restaurants were closed, I needed the nicely appointed kitchenette and palatial dining room outside my door. In the middle of Dubrovnik - everything is a five minute walk.

The location is very nice in the middle of the old town and it was nice to be in the apartments without climbing the steep stairs. The room was very large and clean and I was very satisfied!!

GREAT OLD TOWN CHOICE!
SUNce was a great place to stay in old town. Very convenient location. With the high priced restaurants, it was great to have a place to cook my own meals. Also nice that there was a washer and dryer for guest use. Staff was very helpful.

A lovely palace to spend our time in- so convenient, spacoious, and easy to find. We stayed 6 nights and travelled from here to Kotor, Mostar, and the islands always relieved to return “home” to our lovely palace.

The accommodation was in a central location but also quiet. There were large common areas where you could sit away from your room and share with friends. The staff were very helpful and very accommodating. There was a washing machine and drier, with washing powder supplied for your convenience, at no extra cost. It felt very homely and private away from the busy tourist scene. The room was spacious with a well appointed kitchen area.

Sunce Apartments are in the center of Dubrovnik's old town and are good for sightseeing in the old town. If I visit Dubrovnik again I will stay at Sunce Apartments. Impeccable design and yet so comfortable and in the centre of the town so it made it really easy to get to all the sights! The windows are soundproofed and you are opposite a beautiful church so no noisy diners into the night! BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION
These apartments are right in the centre of the old town with shops and restaurants all close by. The view from the window was of the narrow cobbled streets and a beautiful church. Our studio was lovely with old stone walls, high ceilings and window shutters- like being in a castle! We had a modern kitchen area and a modern shower room. We loved this place. They gave us great directions so was easy to find and even though it's not manned 24hrs they communicated well. Maria was who we met and she was super helpful with giving tour advice and day trip advice. She even offered to do my laundry cause someone else had their stuff in the machine. It was better than expected and couldn't be closer to the main area. Not even 30seconds walk from the stradun. View onto another building and a street but was still nice to see everything going on. CHARMING APARTMENT IN THE OLD TOWN CENTER
Clean bathroom, good size bedroom, right in the old town center, steps to cafe, restaurant and attractions. The owner emailed us the security code and directions to the hotel weeks prior. We had no problem to get in and room key & welcome package were on the table for us to pick up. There are clean towels in the laundry room. Beautiful place. Carries a lot of history with it. Easy to access from the main street, which is a plus because you avoid the numerous stairs inside the walled city. Straight forward check-in and -out and friendly host. On one of the most quiet streets so you can actually sleep at night (although you still hear numerous church bells ringing). Super clean and with tons of perks in the suite: full kitchen, spacious, bathroom samples, laundry and dryer machine (common area), etc. Only drawback is no elevators inside, so if you're staying in the 1BR suite, that's 3 floors to go up and down with your bags!!22.04.2017
QUIRKY ACCOMODATION IN HEART OF DUBROVNIK
Lovely period accommodation within short distance of attractions. We really enjoyed our visit and one week was more than enough. There are a lot of steps in Dubrovnik and you have to be quite mobile. Nearby are local stores and bakery for breakfast in apartment as it is self catering. Bad weather kept us in once got sick to death of sky and bbc news. WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY
This is a fantastic studio right in the heart of Dubrovnik. Even though it's right in the centre it's very quiet. It's newly renovated and finished to a high standards. Marijana was very helpful and booked some great restaurants for us. Highly recommend Taj Mahal which is a wonderful Bosnian restaurant and Zuzisi just around the corner for wonderful Croatian food. PERFECTLY LOCATED APARTMENT FOR EVERYTHING
Lovely apartment with fridge, microwave, kettle etc in the middle of the city - easy to find as directions sent in advance were perfect. Air conditioning and double glazed windows kept the thousands of tourists noise away. All in all perfect for a stay in this stunning city.11.08.2016

We loved our stay! The kitchen and in room safe were important to us. We bought fresh bread and cheese around the corner and had a lovely lunch in our cool room. ICING ON THE CAKE
Hi, this is Chris here (apartment 7 from Wed-Fri this week). I just wanted to say thanks for every thing this week. I loved the building and the apartment - and I am a tough audience ! I have left a review on tripadvisor - I think it takes 48 hrs to get published. See below for my comments. I loved Dubrovnik and he accommodation was the icing on the cake !
